Directions

The library is located at 248 Main Street (US 6), Thomaston,
two buildings south of the Thomaston Opera House.

From the north (Torrington, Winsted, etc.) :

Route 8 South to Exit 39 (US 6 / Bristol).
Turn right onto East Main Street (US 6 W)
Bear left at Band Stand, bear left at light onto Main Street.
The library parking lot is located past the next light on the right, just after the Church next to the Opera House.

From the east (Bristol, Terryville, etc.)  :

Route US 6 W towards Thomaston. (See above)

From the south (Waterbury, etc.) :

Route 8 North to Exit 38 (US 6 / CT 109 / CT 254)
Turn left onto Waterbury Road
Continue straight 1.4 miles to Main Street.
Turn left after rotary garden on left, into the library parking lot.

From the north / west :

From Litchfield – Route 254 to Thomaston - Turn left onto South Main Street (US 6 E)
From Morris – Route 109 to Thomaston – Turn left onto Watertown Rd. and left onto South Main St.
From Watertown – Route US 6 E to Thomaston – Turn left onto South Main St.
